Terms & conditions
- Advance payment:In order to complete your reservation, 30% of the total booking fee is required as payment in advance. The deposit is to be paid within 3 working days from the booking date. Villa Tsiridi reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case you do not conform with the deposit payment details as stated above.
- Full payment:You can pay out the booking fee on your arrival at Villa Tsiridi.
- Payment methods:Payments can be made by depositing in a bank account that we provide (for more information contact us > ) or by making use of a credit/ debit card through the "LivePay" bank service by Eurobank at the link below:
- Extra charge for every apartment, Residence Tax: 0.50€/ night of staying.
House rules
- Check in is at 14:00 and check out is until 12:00. Check ins before 14:00 can be arranged if the customers requests it and if it is possible.
- Clean bed linens and towels are provided every 4-5 days, depending on the duration of your staying.
- If the customer desires it, cleaning of the apartment can be arranged, at an extra charge.
- Quiet hours are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-08:00.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor spaces.
- An appeal to our customers for trying to keep the beach and the surrounding area clean.
